Based on a request from someone else, I would like to
make an archive of people's bad experiences with
arXiv, for now limited to papers rejected or
reclassified for no valid reason.  My email is easy
to figure out. 

Please email me about this; don't send me stuff via
Twitter, though of course you can and should
advertise the topic there. 

There needs to be a copy of the paper; if possible
email me a link and I'll download it.  (I want to
have everything in one place, but your text, which
will appear as HTML, can include links.) 

Non-anonymous stories* might be more interesting, but
I can understand if someone wants to remain anonymous
and I'll respect that.  If arXiv did provide an
excuse/reason, please include it, as well as a
general description of your ordeal. 

Of course, some papers are rejected or reclassified
for legitimate reasons, with which I have no quarrel,
and I won't include those.

* The proper word is "accounts", but some might
confuse that with some online account.  (I don't
think that anyone would confuse it with a bank
account, but feel free to support me financially.)
